Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances for completed work become immediately due.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERO MAGIC LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the previous 12 months.
